Role Description

This is a contract remote role for Interactive Scorm Developers/2D character Animators. The role involves tasks related to interactive SCORM development and 2D character animation on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Creative skills in 2D character animation
Experience in developing interactive SCORM content
Proficiency in animation software tools such articulate 360,... Articulate Rise, Articulate storyline, I spring and Adobe Suite.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Collaborative skills to work effectively in a remote team environment
Knowledge of learning design principles more

The incumbent will be responsible for
Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)

2 years experience  in field work
College Level education. Diploma or Bachelors Degree in community development or public health
Person who is flexible to travel within the counties in Rift Valley, Nyanza and Western Province.
Person residing within Uasin Ngishu county.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Develop VSE proper checklist for the required standard of a successful camp
Conduct monthly Screening Events for the trainees at the training
Conduct monthly Screening events for the Individual eye RAFIKI Student in practical session
Ensure Screening data is compiled
Capture the data of Wearers from the Screening Events. Ensuring Processes in VSE followed and data captured and reaching Training Centre
Person responsible for visiting villages/communities, fixing location for Visual screening events for locals of that village/community
 He is responsible for overall turn out for that screening event hence pre activities to make locals aware of the event, helping ER (Shop owner who has set up shop after our training)
Setting up VSE (complete logistics),
Managing VSEs within budget, all approvals from local authorities for Event Conduction/location finalization, monthly calendarization of minimum 4 VSE/ER per month more

Responsibilities as Content Lead:

He/She will be Front ending with Client on different Content requirements and Learn Pro day to day Operations
Allocating Content Requests to Content team members
Responsible for Capacity Utilization of Content Team working for training Content development
Will be responsible for reviewing Story board/Design Document and final Content before sending to Client... for approvals
Will be responsible for Content delivery within Timelines and as per Customer requirement
Will be responsible for Process Adherence related to Content requests, delivery of Content, approval Processes and Learn
Responsible for ensuring no escalation from Customer on Timelines or quality of Content
Responsible for sharing daily, monthly weekly Content dashboards
He/She should have strong knowledge of Training and Content requirements of various departments of Telecom Industry
He/She will be Front ending with Client on Learn Pro day to day Operations
Will be responsible for Timely Content allocation to different roles in Learn Pro for all Clients
Will be responsible for quality and time keeping of daily/weekly/monthly dashboards of Learn pro to various Clients
Will be responsible for imparting Trainings/TTTs or making presentations/giving Demos of Learn Pro to varios clients or Client Teams
He/She should have strong knowledge of Online Learning Platform and customer’s online training needs
He/She should understand basics of Learn Pros Technical know how more

Job Role

He/She will be managing the entire Zones Training Operations, coordinating with all stakeholder, identify training need using various tools and work with the Team Champion and create an appropriate solution to achieve the output KPI by implementing the solution across verticals and measure the Impact of it on a regular basis.
 Trainer will be responsible for overall business in Zone... which means complete ownership of the business deliverables and growth.
