Keying in or scanning the price of merchandise.
Determining the total price.

Wrapping or bagging products.
Receiving payments and reconciling them with total sales.
Preparing deposits, closing the till and putting back the float.
Maintaining clean and orderly checkout areas.

A Marketing Manager helps to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels for both Fragrance and Beauty Brands in Essenza.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door (Stores and Website and Social Platforms).
Establish a marketing calendar -consisting of Business plans as well as plans of Brand partners while serving as a marketing contact for these brand partners
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and in-store events and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
Serve as marketing contact for brand partners.
Experiment with a variety of organic media communication channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis of these channels.
Collaborate with different departments to strategize and execute all promotional activities.
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website blog and social platforms that attracts and converts our target groups.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies.
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
Develop complete programs (offers and in-store) and wrap up key promotional periods with performance analysis and key learning to maximize future executions.
Analyse consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly. Job fulfilment
Monthly campaigns – In line with brand strategy to stay on the foremost thoughts of consumers
Plan and prepare one month of campaigns with respective departments.
Build on secondary moments - to ensure an activity runs the entire month in-store.
Marketing Initiatives and Strategies - Scheduling annual Brand Plans/Trade Plans in collaboration with respective departments.
Customer loyalty - Instilling our brand identity in consumers by building on their loyalty through the loyalty program and developing other channels to reward customers.
Advertising - Work with respective departments to ensure consumers are reached through the right channels depending on the campaign.
Building on our social influence - Partnering with the right influencers, and building our influencer database.
Digital upskilling - Working with digital marketers to build on interactive social media activities.
Events - planning and executing events as needed for in-store or out-of-store.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) – In line with brand identity, work on 2 years of CSR activities.
Custodian of brand relationship – value-driven approach (going the extra mile).
Decorations – Animating the stores to celebrate key moments.
Monthly Reports – Marketing Performance and Marketing expense reports.
Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Responsibilities

Carry out packing, crating, warehousing, and storage duties in preparation for site-specific program and shipment
Oversee customer-based queues and plan and allocate tasks to meet configuration requirements
Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered
Ensure materials are appropriately stored
Program the final inventory of materials prior to... shipment
Provide a list of all equipment moved from the consolidation areas into sponsor shipping channels to project coordinators
Manage and maintain inventory to operating levels to avoid supply
Manage the repair of equipment

Education: To work as a logistics officer, you are require to have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business administration, or Transportation; Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management, or in a related field
Knowledge: It is important that applicants have an understanding of logistics operations and practices. They must also have extensive work experience in logistic or supply chain management tasks
Employers also look out for those who can develop logistics plans, policies, and procedures, and provide technical and procedural advice in a broad range of logistics areas. It is also essential that logistics officers can efficiently and rapidly store and retrieve information using filing and tracking systems
