Responsibilities:


Manage the development and implementation of the new Kenpoly brand, inclusive of brand re-launch,... collateral re-design, marketing communication and on-going maintenance of Kenpoly brand standards, presentation and communication across all brand touch points.
Manage execution of creative marketing campaigns and promotions, always in line with approved budgets, to drive sales and build the Kenpoly brand.
Collaborate with rest of marketing team to offer and develop creative ideas, concepts, strategies and proposal for marketing campaigns and communication.
Coordinate and administer the day-to-day design tasks of the graphic design team to ensure all tasks are completed against set timelines and to requisite quality standards through Trello and other required communication platforms.
Forge and foster relationships with suppliers and partners required and relevant for production and implementation of marketing campaigns and communication to ensure Kenpoly always receives the best possible prices after thorough negotiations.
Work with sales teams and any other relevant or required departments to collate all necessary information to provide clear briefs to design team to deliver marketing communications as per department requests.
Work with HOD Marketing and relevant finance teams where applicable to ensure all marketing campaigns and activities are analysed post execution for ROI across all relevant metrics i.e. incremental sales revenue & GP, customer acquisition, lead generation, footfall, traffic, brand engagement. Use analysis to improve execution and impact for future campaigns.
Manage and facilitate market research activities with third-party agencies to achieve meaningful outcomes and insights as per agreed research objectives.
Undertake competitor research periodically and present findings to benchmark best-practices in relation to market trends, and stay aware and ahead of developing competition .
Learn, read and expand understanding in branding and marketing to develop a broader and deeper knowledge base and keep knowledge relevant and up to date.

Preferred Skills & Experience:


A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant/related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing role with at least 3 years at senior level, involving people management and leadership.
Proven experience in marketing strategy development and implementation.
Previous experience in similar industry a strong advantage.
Specific industry knowledge an added advantage.
Creative flair and an eye for detail to create visually appealing displays.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and store staff.
Knowledge of current market trends and competitor activities in the retail industry.

Responsibilities:

Design all forms of branding and marketing content using graphic design tools and editing software, including (but not limited to) color and font selection, photo and video editing, layouts, graphics, icons, logos, website design, and all other design requirements to build and communicate the Kenpoly brand.
Collaborate with rest of marketing team to offer and develop ideas,... concepts, strategies and proposals for marketing campaigns and activities that will drive company sales and build the Kenpoly brand across all relevant marketing channels.
Ensure full understanding and utilization of Trello project management platform for all tasks.
Conceptualize and execute design concepts that elevate creative output and push boundaries of creative thinking and design in execution of brand and marketing presentation.
Ensure creation of all branding and marketing communication is effectively executed and optimized for all relevant marketing platforms, and completed within set timelines.
Take leading role in improving the quality of creative work and ideas for branding and marketing communication, and support and guide other team members to learn, develop and execute elevated standards of creative output and thinking.
Redesign the Kenpoly website in line with the new brand development and reinvention to create an industry leading, modern, customer friendly online experience.
Keep up-to-date with current design trends, global and local, and undertake monthly research on competitor branding and marketing communication.
Be a custodian and protector of brand standards across all brand touch points and ensure all branding and marketing presentation consistently meets the set standards and guidelines without exception. 
Lead by example in living the Kenpoly culture and values and be driven and ambitious to achieve personal growth and company growth.
Learn, read and expand understanding in branding and marketing to develop a broader and deeper knowledge base and keep knowledge relevant and up to date.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, UX design, and photo editing is also required
Evidence of video editing work in professional portfolio
Proven ability to both, work alone to strict deadlines, and collaboratively in teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee product assembly, printing and packaging..
Oversee product labelling, including per-piece and for bundles / SKU
Plan manpower to fulfil picking lists for dispatch within agreed timelines.
Oversee collection of goods from Kenpoly’s production facility and receive into the warehouse / store.
General warehouse management, including space allocation, location... optimisation, and housekeeping.
Oversee the receipt of goods returned from customers, including issuing of GRNs.
Together with production and sales, plan target stock levels for all SKU.
Oversee manpower allocation for packing, printing, stores, and dispatch.
Performance management, staff development, recruitment and capability building.
Identify and implement continuous improvements, both to processes and the organisation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A track record of high-performance in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management, including best practices.
Previous experience managing a complex finished-goods warehouse function, with hundreds of SKU’s.
People leadership experience, spanning multiple organisational layers.
Analytical capability, including the ability to assess information, set priorities and execute on them.
Demonstrated capacity to work independently, and execute change.
