Requirements


MBChB and Master's in Urology (MMed Urology) or equivalent from a recognized institution
Valid KMPOC registration and practicing license.
Minimum 3-5 years post-specialization experience in a reputable hospital
Relevant life support certifications (eg, BLS, ACLS, ATLS).
Strong clinical surgical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
Ethical practice and compliance with... MoH and KMPDC standards.


Responsibilities


Diagnose and treat conditions of the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
Perform urological surgeries and procedures (eg. prostatectomy, cystoscopy, stone removal)
Manage both outpatient and inpatient urological cases.
Provide emergency urological care and consultations.
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents.
Maintain proper patient documentation and ensure quality, safe care.
Participate in departmental planning, audits, and training
Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and professional ethics. more
