We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support [me / an executive / our team] with day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling, and personal errands. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing a variety of responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendar and schedule... meetings, appointments, and travel

Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

Organize and maintain files and records (digital and/or physical)

Run errands and manage personal tasks as needed

Coordinate events and make reservations or bookings

Assist with research, data entry, or special projects

Serve as a gatekeeper and manage access to the employer’s time

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar administrative role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Tech-savvy; proficient with [Google Workspace / Microsoft Office / scheduling tools]

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

[Driver’s license and reliable transportation, if errands are required]

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience supporting a busy executive or entrepreneur

Knowledge of [industry-specific tools, if relevant]
