Job Description

Our client require a Manager (preferably female) in their Lekki outlets. The ShopManager has to be result driven and be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.



Responsibilities

Dedicated to providing great customer service in the store.
Developing your sales team through motivation and product knowledge... education.
Understand our customers and how they relate to our product.
Training of staff.
Tracking sales targets and reporting results as necessary.



Requirements

Minimum of HND. 
1-3 years of experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a supervisory role
Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities
Customer service-oriented attitude
Confidence to lead and direct a team
Must have knowledge of interior design, household goods and furniture more
