Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (30-35%):


Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
Lead candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Build and maintain... talent pipelines for key roles.


HR Project Management (65-70%):


Lead HR projects aligned with company goals (e.g., performance management implementation, Dentists Development Programs, leadership development initiatives, etc).
Implement and optimise HRMS to enhance HR operations.
Analyse HR data to drive decisions and improve processes.
Oversee cross-functional team collaboration for project success.


What We’re Looking For


Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
Experience: 5+ years in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and project management.
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, etc).
Proven experience in HRMS implementation and management.

Main Responsibilities

Real-time posting of transactions.
Daily bank reconciliations.
Posting of bank charges, interest charges, interest income, etc.
Production and filing of monthly bank reconciliation reports.
Reconcile discrepancies in different accounts
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation reports.
Monitor the Company’s banking activities to detect & investigate irregularities... on such transactions to prevent fraud.
Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in all reconciliation activities
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Account Coordinator/CFO.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
1 - 3 years experience in Accounting or Finance-related functions.
ICAN/ACCA certification will be an added advantage.

Job Description

Client Acquisition & Retention:

Work with our Business Development Coordinator to: 

Drive the Organization’s business development initiatives and explore new effective ways to expand the Practice’s patient base.
Ensure the Practice's visibility and presence across key sectors.
Identify new business prospects and other industry-specific opportunities to enhance the growth... of the Practice.
Implement integrated marketing communication campaigns, projects, and initiatives.

Brand/Market Expansion & Partnerships:

Participate and monitor digital marketing campaigns and activities on behalf of the Business.
Cultivate relationships with and referrals from physicians/consultants, business leaders, and community leaders.
Create alliances with public & private hospitals and other healthcare providers to encourage their referral of dental cases to our clinics.
Develop partnerships with other dental clinics to receive referrals for their specialist cases.
Work with HMOs to refer patients to our clinics.
Visit education & corporate institutions to raise awareness of our offerings and create lasting, mutually beneficial business relationships.
Engage with influencers and influential individuals, encouraging them to act as Brand Ambassadors for the Business.

Educational, Experience & Personnel Expectations

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing, with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Essential Responsibilities

Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
Assisting dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies when necessary
Giving patients information on dental hygiene, oral health care, and plaque control programs.
Preparing Patients for dental... procedures.
Operate technical dental machines in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
Assist dentist in examining dental and oral health of patients
Assist dentist in attending to patients within the allocated time for waiting and treatment
Comply with all Practices’ policies and procedures on diagnosis, treatment, etc.
Input, update and keep accurate records of Patients’ dental structure.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

National Diploma in Dental Health is required. Additional certification or training is an advantage
Minimum of 2 years post-College of Health Technology and progressive experience as an assistant within the private and public sectors. Experience working with public health and health systems is an advantage.
