Requirements and Skills


4+ years proven experience selling software development services, IT consulting, or custom dev teams (not SaaS alone).
Demonstrated success in building pipeline from scratch and closing or influencing high-value service deals.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and ability to speak credibly with technical and business... stakeholders.
Skilled in prospecting, objection handling, and multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, cold calls, email).
A self-starter who thrives on hitting targets and generating new business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to decision-makers.


Responsibilities


Identify, research, and target ideal customer profiles (startups, scale-ups, enterprises) needing custom software development or team augmentation.
Prospect via cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) and leverage your existing network to generate meetings.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, uncover technical needs, and frame RTI’s value proposition.
Book meetings and product/service discovery calls for our senior leadership team.
Work closely with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, ICPs, and outreach strategies.
Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline health, reporting weekly on activity and conversion metrics.
