Job Summary


We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives.
As BDM, you will identify opportunities, foster relationships with high-value clients, and drive revenue growth for our HR and compliance services.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and... retain existing ones.
Identify business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Represent FAVE CONSULTING at industry events and client meetings.
Lead sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Collaborate with the HR and consulting teams to design customized solutions for clients.
Track business performance and provide periodic reports to management.


What We Expect from You


At least 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
Strong knowledge of HR and compliance services.
Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude with a results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s Degree.


Salary

N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
