**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Lead Generation:** Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- **Client Engagement:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations:** Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products/services.
- **Negotiation:** Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and maximize profitability.

3. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
4. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
5. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
6. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
7. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
8. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

We are seeking to recruit the most suitable and qualified candidate for our client for the role of Operations Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency

Formulate strategic and operational objectives
