QualificationsApplicants should possess a Ph.D. in management with a primary teaching focus on our junior-level, required management and organizational behavior course. Candidates can also be expected to teach courses in leadership, human resources, or our project-based senior management capstone course. Prior teaching experience that demonstrates effectiveness in both in-person and online settings is highly preferred. Candidates holding doctoral degrees in related fields and relevant teaching experience may also be considered. This position is scheduled to start in August 2026.
