Key Duties and Responsibilities:

To provide operational and technical support for IT Computer Lab facilities.
Under the supervision of the Senior Network and Senior System Administrators, install equipment & software required in the IT Computer labs.
To arrange for the required servicing and repair of IT Computer Lab equipment.
To perform routine audits of systems and software.
To answer... user queries relating to use of the IT Computer Lab.
To document the configuration of Computer lab equipment and any changes.
To ensure optimum operation of the Computer Lab facilities.
To ensure the efficient flow of information between the Computer Lab owner department and UIS technical team leaders.
To carry out any other work as assigned by the supervisor from time to time. more
