You are:
- Prior experience (3+ years) in accounting (preferably 2 areas);
- Experience on AP Accounting Analyst position
- Master degree in Accounting/ Finance/Economics;  
- English and Polish (upper intermediate level);
- Preferably at least 1 year of Pillarship
- Communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Excellent attention to details;
- Pro-active and flexible attitude

With you we will:
- Collaborate with specific IBP in implementing best practices of AP processes;
- Manage escalation resolution through root cause analysis and action identification and implementation;
- Stakeholder management;
- Prepare KPIs for MORs, root cause analysis and ensure problem solving;
- Contribute to check, implementation and execution of identified business and internal controls of AP processes;
- To propose solutions for targets delivery as throught identified actions as through alterntive ones;
- To coordinate proper quality and timeliness of activities performed by Team; proper supporting Supervisors/Leading Specilaists and BCM Coordinator;
- To drive process improvement to bring tangible benefits to the business leveraging CI methodologies;
- Participate / contribute to SAP implementation for business and obtain the required knowledge to execute given tasks;
- Participation/facilitation ad-hoc meetings with the Markets and/or participation in operational reviews/WSR within operational team and Market;
- Substitute Leading Specialist / Teamlead during Operational / KPIs Governance calls when needed; provide update to all participants on the status provision and issue resolution;
- Reports preparation with further analysis and actions
- Open item cleansing (debit balance, aged items, credit notes)
- Market AP Supervisor parked WF processing 
- Refunds managenment and support and answers on AP queries to Internal and external stakeholders
