Summary/Objective
The Project Compliance Administrator provides remote administrative support for FDOT-funded construction projects by assisting with compliance documentation, tracking, and reporting.

This role supports the Compliance Manager and project teams by helping maintain accurate, organized records related to... Certified Payroll, Certificates of Disbursement, EEO, OJT, FDOT Bulletin Board postings, and other FDOT compliance requirements throughout the life of a project.

Essential Functions

- Assist with intake, organization, and tracking of Certified Payroll documentation for Superior and applicable subcontractors and lower-tier subcontractors on FDOT-funded projects
- Maintain accurate, well-organized digital project compliance files in accordance with FDOT requirements
- Track compliance deadlines and notify the Compliance Manager of missing, expired, or incomplete documentation
- Assist with the collection of required compliance documents from subcontractors and lower-tier subs
- Communicate professionally with subcontractors and internal teams regarding document requests and deadlines
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information and escalate appropriately for review

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arm.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is fully remote. This is a part-time (to be determined based on project needs) non-exempt position. Availability during standard business hours for deadlines and virtual meetings.

Travel                                                                                                                      
No travel is required.

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)


Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience in construction, engineering, or compliance-related roles
- Familiarity with FDOT or federally funded construction projects
- Exposure to Certified Payroll, Certificates of Disbursement, EEO, Davis-Bacon, OJT, or similar programs
- Experience with document management systems or shared digital filing platforms


Additional Eligibility Requirements
- Must possess documentation sufficient for travel, renting vehicles, and moving freely about the United States.
