Accountable for S-Q-C-D Projects deliverables for the assigned new Equipment Projects:


(S) HSE&S - Required Health, Safety, Environmental & Safety Standards are being met. H&SE plan in place prior to the start of project.
(Q) Quality - Deliverables are being met to defined specifications from the first time. Project scope and specifications are clearly defined.
(C) Cost -... Project deliverables, including on-site activities are being completed within the project baselined cost.
(D) Delivery - Deliverables are being completed within the project schedule timelines/milestones.
Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including Sidel corporate values, governance and processes.
Ensure risk assessment and response plan are in place for critical projects. Accountable to drive risk management and mitigation.
Manage, support and coach the assigned team, driving the relevant competence development & utilisation. Eliminate roadblocks for team.
Support the Team in managing scope changes without affecting the baselined objectives and benefits, resolve conflicts.
Regular and timely reporting to the Stakeholders. Drive Technical issues escalation follow up calls with Global Product Support.
Monitor and ensure all Sidel Project systems are regularly updated, such as SAP milestones, PM Tool, SINCRO, AMP and OPD.
Achieving Yearly KPIs.


Your Profile

Education and Languages:


Bachelor in Engineering, Master’s degree or Equivalent
PMP Certification is a plus
Fluent in English  (French is a plus)
Foreign language as per regional allocation is a plus
Arabic is an advantage.


Required experience and skills:


5 years’ experience and proven track record in Project Management of capital projects
Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio and Systems design is a plus
Knowledge of installation and commissioning scope and challenges
Knowledge of project financials
Availability to travel up to 40% more

Sidel is looking for the Project Manager Services who acts as the local technical Project Manager to manage and execute onstandard Services project activities, including Packaging, Line Conversion, Molds and Line Improvement.

Your Mission

Offer Preparation:


 Understand customer requests and translate his needs.
Coordinate with all involved product divisions to provide a full complete... solution answering customer

needs
Support Services sales team in sales, proposals, and presentations as needed
Propose additional Services Products when required to secure project success as well as maximizing

customer satisfaction


Projects Execution:


 Project registration in SAP
Initiate the project with customer and aftersales manager
Set a full schedule and coordinate with customer accordingly
Evaluate technical feasibility and technical risks of project so as to determine proper level of support at Supply Chain and PM&D
Coordinate with all the involved business units to ensure the launching of the correct parts and follow up on delivery
Conduct risk assessment and set mitigation plan to reduce any impact on the project
Keep monitoring Quality -Cost (Budget) - Delivery (Timeline) of the projects
Manage project crisis and plan for a course of action in conjunction with all project actors
Reporting project progress on a weekly basis
Arrange the logistics of the parts (packing, consolidation, and shipping to customer)


Projects Installation:


Planning of the required resources and skills to conduct the installation
Coordinate with the planning team to ensure the provision of the right skills
Arrange Health Safety Environment & Security (HSE&S) coordination plan
Arrange the logistics of the installation team and coordinate with the customers accordingly
Coordinate with the team on site and provide the required support to complete the job
Create and follow up punch list due to any nonconformity found on site
Monitor and support the intervention till he gets the technical acceptance of the project


Project Closing:


 Conduct Root cause analysis to understand the root of the problem and set learned lessons
Ensure that all the invoices are issued completely
Ensure database update
Set a closing meeting with the customer
Arrange customer satisfaction survey


Your Profile

Level of Education and Language:


Bachelor Engineering Degree or equivalent
Fluency in English
PMP certificate is a plus


Level of Experience:


3+ years’ experience in project management with strong technical expertise
Experienced in Packaging, Sidel equipment and Services Portfolio
Ability to read and interpret Engineering document such as operating and maintenance instructions, assembly drawing
Knowledge of MS Office, Project and SAP a plus more

Your Mission


Responsible to lead activities and provide coaching on TPM best practices to maintain and operate the line.
Responsible to manage/execute the project plan on time, in-full. Modifying as necessary to reach Line Efficiency improvement Targets!
Responsible for Projects results and customer satisfaction
To coach engineers on how to use TPM / performance improvement tools.
To... execute and lead maintenance and troubleshooting activities; coaching while doing so.
To liaise/ discuss with plant management about the weekly/daily project activities and why they are important


Your Profile

Required experience and skills:


Experience as a field engineer and capable in maintenance overhauls and troubleshooting.
Multi Skill Expert engineer who can work on different machines is preferred.
Blower and Labeller machines’ experiences with mechanical profile is preferred.
Experience working in beverage/ food production factory is a plus.
Candidate must have an aptitude and interest in coaching and developing people. Experience as a Trainer is a plus.
Knowledge/ practical experience in TPM methods and tools or lean belt certification is a plus.

Your Mission


Support the team of Project Managers in planning and scheduling Field resources, based on project timeline, creating the service calls for resources request
Manage purchase requisitions for internal and external field service engineers
Ensure availability of invitation letters and VISA for field service engineers in compliance with project planning
Support project managers... in collecting all required documentation to prepare handbooks for Installation Site Managers before the start of site activities
Activate control risks security measures for onsite activities in accordance with Sidel H&SE guidelines
Validate resource engineers’ time efforts
Manage internal and external field service engineers’ invoices, to be consistent with actual presence on site
Support site installation team in issue resolution process
Provide back-office support for logistic tasks for site teams according to HSE&S plans
Regular and timely reporting to all the Stakeholders, internal and external
Feed and update on-site activities information system
