On this role, you will:


Be responsible for exploring new customer leads and prospects, identifying, engaging and converting prospects to customer sale opportunities by executing gas sale and purchase agreements with customers.
Be responsible for driving new customer engagements, maturation and growth in AGOT and growing gas sales volumes at a minimum of 5% year on year to meet SEN’s growth targets.
Be responsible for maturing and delivering new customer connections in AGOT adhering to the SEN LOAD Manual, requisite Shell Trading and Supply process as well as the Shell Group Business Principles.
Be responsible for developing marketing strategies for the development of gas sale clusters in AGOT.
Be responsible for contract negotiations, renewals as well as functional reviews and negotiations of Gas Sales and Purchase, Agreements and other agreements to support SNG’s Business in AGOT.
Be responsible for managing existing customer relationship focusing on a deep understanding of the customers, their business, critical issues, growth, expansion plans and strategies.
Be responsible for engaging and managing customer relationships for maximum value and continuous improvement of SNG’s customers appreciation and loyalty to SNG’s brand and gas distribution business. 
Be responsible for enhancing SNG’s customer experience, building stronger customer relations towards optimum SEN customer service delivery
Be responsible for conducting market surveys, customer intelligence reports, providing business intelligence and improvement analysis as well as generating internal strategy documents and industry competitive landscape reports.


What you bring


BSc in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience in E&P, oil & gas, or gas distribution with deep knowledge of natural gas sales, marketing, trading, regulation, and commercial operations
Proven track record in commercial, sales, marketing, and business development in complex, multi-stakeholder environments in Nigeria; experience with gas commercial roles or local distribution companies is a plus
Strong understanding of commercial deal structuring and commercial agreements such as gas supply, sales, transportation, and infrastructure development
Skilled in building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders

As a Staff Wells Site Supervisor, you will supervise drilling and completion operations on the rig in accordance with the drilling program and the SPDC HSSE and operational policies standards and   procedures with the objective of:

Accountabilities:


Achieve goal zero on his rig by enforcing the applicable HSE rules and procedures, intervening in case of breech, working the rig HSE case, ensuring timely reporting and investigation of incidents, reinforcing Hazard identification and prevention, building staff HSE awareness
Maintain well control by ensuring personnel is conversant with kick detection techniques and well closing in procedures and BOP equipment is certified, maintained and tested in compliance with Company procedures and standards.
Deliver wells on time and to the required quality standards. Track daily costs and take necessary action to deliver well within budget
Translate drilling program into detailed instructions for contractors and service companies. Compiling daily drilling report and other required specific reports
Coordinate activities of various contractors and service companies intervening on the rig site
Identify ideas to improve performance and communicating them to the office team for inclusion in drilling programs
Timely ordering of services and equipment and QA/QC when delivered on site and Coaching and mentoring across different rig units as may be required
Mentor junior staff and contribute to their competence development.

Accountabilities:


Project Design/Execution: Deliver world-class design/execution performance by embedding continuous improvement methodology as the way of working and implementing full use of the Global Well Delivery Process (GWDP)
HSSE – Integrate HSSE in the design, programming, and execution of well work on completion operations. Actively promote HSSE and Sustainable Development (SD) in all activities and ensure compliance with business principles. Support the technical and HSSE management of relevant service provider contracts and support the contracting and procurement strategy. Collaborate with contractors regarding performance, future plans, variances, etc. as needed.
Regulatory – ensure all Well Notifications, Combined Operations Notifications, Regulatory Permits, etc. are all in place and correct prior to commencement of operations
Support and foster relationships with other asset teams including subsurface, production, facilities, and construction. Support engagements with JV partners where applicable and the development and analysis of competitive benchmarking to drive operational excellence.
Design Completions & Well Interventions activities, sit within the execution teams for Completion & Well Interventions to deliver planned scope. Join Global Change Advisory Board (XCAB) meetings and bring results back into local CAB.
Work with Operations Landscape Manager to create Release Schedules and changes as needed, incorporating various Project, Infrastructure, Freeze, and Disaster Recovery activities.
Controls Management- Ensure evidence for approvals are maintained and stored in relevant SharePoint locations.
Act as focal point for internal and external audits with regards to Change Management processes- Responsible for planning and coordinating evidence gathering and providing to audit testing team.
