Purpose of Job


Lead and guide colleagues in the instrumentation & control and production fraternities to ensure plant availability and efficient operation. Manage resource allocation and indicate timeously resourcing needs towards the execution of projects and support to operations.

Key Accountabilities


As an OT technical advisor, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our operational technology systems.
You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and security of our OT infrastructure.


Your key responsibilities will include:


Have extensive knowledge on the application side of the following systems: Siemens, Rockwell and CCC
Designing and deploying OT systems to support industrial processes and operations.
Configuring and optimizing OT devices and control systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) applications, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), and industrial networks.
Configuring and troubleshooting DCOM setups on the systems to ensure dataflow to the historians.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate OT systems with IT infrastructure and business applications.
