And we're rated by Workbuzz in 2025 as a 5-star employer! One of our team said recently:
"This is the best company I’ve ever worked for. Claire is so kind and understanding and hard working, and so are all the ladies inthe office. Genuinely I couldn’t ask for anything more. I’m so impressed by how well everything is run and how much support I have from the team. I love it. 100% recommend RAH every day of the week"
We currently require caring individuals to support clients across Woodbridge, Kesgrave and possibly Felixstowe. You will be required to support clients in at least 2 of those areas. All our visits are a minimum of 1 hour.
We always brief our Carers on new clients before they meet them, and this is just one of the ways we're supportive to our team.
You will need to offer weekday availability, plus some weekend or evening availability. Or you might wish to work both weekends and evenings. You can have a chat with us to discuss a range of options - but you will need to offer enough availability for our office team to ensure you achieve the working hours you require. Our team choose to work anything between 12 and 38 hours per week. We understand the importance of a good work-life balance and our Carers are as important to us as our clients.
Some of our amazing team had no 'formal' care experience before joining us, and some say caring isn't like an everyday job - it's rewarding, and they feel like a valued professional. This is how care can be!
Whether or not you have experience of caring, you will have excellent training, you will 'shadow' experienced Carers and be introduced to your regular clients. Visits are not rushed, and are a minimum of one hour.
We encourage candidates from all sectors to apply including retail, hospitality, NHS, hairdressing, health and beauty and driving.
