Responsibilities

Continually work on optimizing pipeline qualified lead
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize pipeline creation and provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns
Collaborating with sales and account executives to ensure the company's goals and revenue targets are met.


Requirements


Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Lead generation executive or similar role in a B2B technology business.
3 - 5 years of sales development operations (preferably with B2B sales)
Strong understanding of company positioning and business development strategies for enterprise SaaS companies.
Should be a strategic thinker, creative guru who can lead the initiatives and build lead generation strategies for the company.
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced target focused environment.
Previous experience in handling lead generation processes for enterprise software application vendors
Proficiency with CRM and other sales operation tools.
