Accurately prepare and dispense medications
Manage and monitor pharmaceutical inventory
Support patient education and adherence to treatment
Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare staff to ensure safe medication use. 


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.


Diploma in pharmacy
Registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board
Good knowledge of pharmacy law and practices... in Kenya
At least one year experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Flexible to relocate. more

REQUIREMENTS.


Bachelor of Commerce Finance/Accounting option
CPA Holder is an added advantage
Excellent knowledge of principles of accounting and systems
Strong financial and administrative management skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Manage inventory of all drugs stocked, issued and remaining.

Ensuring economic use of equipment and supplies

Counselling patients on proper medication use

Monitor storage conditions i.e. expiry status and security of the... pharmaceuticals

Any other duty may be assigned from time to time



QUALIFICATIONS


Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from PPB accredited institution

At least two years working experience in a similar position

Strong negotiation and customer care skills
Should be ready to start on short notice

Valid registration and license by Pharmacy and Poisons Board more

Responsibilities

Provide advice for non-prescription medications.
Monitor drugs and other medical supplies levels and initiate the procurement process.
Take inventory and track medication and supply orders.
Keep records of all drug stocks ordered, drugs issued to clients and stocks remaining.
Arrange drugs in the required manner.
Establish and maintain good relationships with customers... which includes clinics, doctors, hospitals and other institutions
Monitor storage conditions i.e. expiry status and security of the pharmaceuticals
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

Diploma in Pharmacy/ Pharmaceutical Technology from PPB accredited institution
Original Professional and academic certificates with up to date license
At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position
Strong negotiation and customer care skills more
