Overall purpose of the role: oversee the day-to-day functions of the department. Make sure employees be equipped with new knowledge and skills to remain current, also, keep hardware/software up to date and meet the business requirements. Smooth delivery of the cloud services to end users by making sure a stable internet and network distribution, including Wi-Fi and cable.
Responsibilities: 
Technical Support
- Develop and implement a clear standard operating procedure for the delivery of IT support services
- Develop and implement a clear training plan for the rollout of SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams for all staff.
- Act as the primary focal point/intermediary between HQ and the mission on all IT related rollouts.
- Act as the primary focal point for troubleshooting IT-related issues faced by staff, including provision of both remote and on-site support.
- Assess all existing hardware, software and local networks to ensure appropriateness, standardization and fitness for purpose. This entails monitoring support trends, proactive identification of solutions and development of relevant trainings to ensure all staff make best use of available   Technologies in line with the organization’s IT policies.
- Manage IT service outages by ensuring timely notification and instructions to affected staff.
- Make sure printers are working and all users are connected to them, regularly monitoring MFPs for consumables and errors.
Networking / Internet Support
- Standardize and optimize local networks across offices, including the installation and management of hardware and software.
- Management of the networks system performance monitoring and tuning, as well as setting up and monitoring the restriction of nonbusiness sites during work hours.
- Make sure Wi-Fi access points well tunes and managed, and there are no overlapping of frequencies between them.
- Oversee and monitoring software and network security, and bandwidth utilization.
- Provide troubleshooting for connectivity or performance issues.
- Oversee day-to-day technical relationships with internet services providers and any other technology providers.
Security/Backup Administration
- Make sure all PCs have licensed windows 10 pro, and licensed software like MS office, etc.
- Make sure all PCs connected with Project HOPE’s Azure AD.
- Ensure all user Data are backed up to One Drive or SharePoint.
- Ensure Windows Defender, or alternative Antivirus is running on all PCs and are up to date.
- On request perform any other additional duties assigned by the Project HOPE in order to allow the organization to function optimally.

Experience and technical competencies: 
•  At least 3 years' experience in a relevant field
• Full professional proficiency in English and Ukrainian. 
• Extensive experience working with Microsoft products (such as O365, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Knowledge of network configuration including but not limited to firewalls, NAT and routers.
• Knowledge of the IP protocol and its concepts.
• Ability to do basic hardware maintenance - like changing internal power supply, intranet/ internet connectivity error fixing etc.

Program Summary
Project HOPE is mobilizing to provide health and humanitarian assistance to internally displaced persons in Ukraine as well as refugees in neighboring countries fleeing the ongoing conflict. Project HOPE is in contact with the WHO led Health Cluster in Ukraine, which has noted critical needs in primary health care.
Position Purpose: Support compliance and logistic team
Main Responsibilities:
- Reviews and drafts legal agreements on the request of logistic team

Recommend to the senior leadership of the project improvement of existing controls or development of new controls in local or regional operating environment.
- Supports the management in building a robust compliance culture based on ethical standards of behavior.
- Support the management of the project to have a dynamic operation while in compliance with the applicable regulations by being creative in finding solutions.
- Working with project leadership, managers, and other staff members to better promote efficiency and reduce compliance risks.
- Conducts pre review of major procurements, subcontractor, and vendor payments, tracking risk and compliance issues, and making recommendation to project leadership and key managers for improvements to project procedures.
- Make recommendation to the project senior leadership about project compliance with award conditions, applicable regulations, Project HOPE policies and local law. Report allegations or potential fraud to VP & Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and provide project-level support to internal investigations as requested. Upload all digital contractual documents to as needed to HQ pre-agreed folder Based on instructions from the CD, carry out troubleshooting of problems and recommend solutions to enhance the efficiency of certain areas.

Educational background:
Master’s degree in law.
- Minimum of 1+ years of legal experience
- Practical working knowledge of financial services compliance and operations including the related rules and regulations of USAID will be prefered.

POSITION SUMMARY: 
 Health Coordinator will provide technical assistance on Project HOPE programs and in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, National Public Health Centers, and other Ukrainian Government and Civil Society Entities, as required. This position will require experience with the Ukrainian Medical System and relevant institutions and stakeholders and the ability to attain imporatnt information plus grasp Health needs in constantly changing war context. Main Responsibilities (If it’s new position) 
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Participate in strategic program discussions on the planning of health programs. Formulate, design and prepare a sector of the health program proposal, ensuring alignment with Project HOPE’s strategic plan.
 • Carry out assessments of health facilities, including hospitals and health clinics to determine current or anticipated needs in terms of supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment and staffing. 
• Facilitate local procurement of needed medical and relief supplies for distribution to medical facilities or other facilities and groups providing relief and support to affected populations, which can include community centers, shelters, volunteer organizations, schools, etc.
 • Identify other potential response activities or anticipated response needs, including deployment of mobile medical teams, support to volunteer groups, provision of surge support to local medical facilities, etc. 
• Apply and introduce innovative approaches and good practices to build the capacity of partners and stakeholders, and to support the implementation and delivery of concrete and sustainable program results. 
• Provide technical guidance and operational support to government counterparts and other partners/donors on the interpretation, application and understanding of Project HOPE policies, strategies, processes, and best practices and approaches on health-related issues to support program development planning, management, implementation and delivery of results. 
• Participate in discussions with national partners, clients and stakeholders to promote health and development issues, especially in the areas of gender, emergency preparedness, maternal and neonatal health, and development, health system strengthening.
 • Actively monitor programs/projects through field visits, surveys and/or exchange of information with partners/stakeholders to assess progress, identify bottlenecks, potential problems and take timely decisions to resolve issues and/or refer to relevant officials for timely resolution.
 • Liaise with government officials to ensure all activities are carried out with necessary approvals and proper coordination. 
• Coordinate with UN agencies and other civil society groups, including Ukrainian and international non-governmental organizations.
 • Identify additional team members as needed to enhance the relief effort, including logistics, finance, and project coordinators. Provide overall leadership to the team as it is established. 
• Provide regular situational analyses covering security, health and humanitarian updates. • Provide inputs on budgetary needs for current and planned relief activities.
Travel required up to 50% of time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health or related field. Master’s Degree preferred
- Work Experience with an international Organization, UN Agencies or/and international English speaking company is an asset.

·       One to three years’ experience with international health programs highly preferred, Experience in communication with high volume of diverse stakeholders (cold and warm contacts) Experience in providing administrative support Fluency in English and excellent writing skills is desirable. 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with field and home office staff to ensure quality and productivity. 
Proficiency with computers both in word processing and data gathering spreadsheet programs, with presentation and report writing capability Able to manage multiple priorities and work with a minimum of supervision and direction. Able to think creatively and critically about programs and activities, in order to challenge the status quo and promote continuous improvement.
