Focus on our activities in ETHIOPIA

The ETHIOPIA country office has been open since 2023. PUI develops its integrated approach with health, nutrition and protection. PUI provides assistance in established health facilities and also through rapide short emergency responses.
 



What about the Health Coordinator ?  

As Health Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development and
implementation of the mission's operational Health strategy as well as for the
quality of current and future Health programmes throughout the design, implementation,
monitoring and evaluation phases. You will build the capacity of the mission’s Health
department and provides technical support to the project teams and in
particular to the Health Project Managers via a functional relationship. You will represent PUI to the
authorities, humanitarian actors and donors within the Health sector.


For this purpose, you will be responsible for :

   Context
analysis / Strategy / Development: You will participate in the development of the
operational strategy in Health and contributes to the design of new relevant
Health interventions on the mission based on the identified Health needs in the
country, and in line with PUI’s Health policy and intervention framework. In
coordination with the Health team, you will carry out epidemiological monitoring
for the country and analyse strengths and weaknesses from a public health
perspective.

   Programmes quality: You will provide technical support in your field of
expertise to the programme teams, in particular to the Health Programme
Managers, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of the mission's Health
programmes.

   Representation / Coordination: You will ensure PUI's external representation for the Health sector to partners,
donors, national authorities and local actors. You will represent PUI in the
Health Cluster / Health sector coordination group meetings. You will contribute to
the good information sharing within the Health sector.

   Human Resources / Training: You will provide technical support to the project teams
and in particular to the Health teams. You will provide support to the project
managers for the recruitment of technical staff in Health. Working alongside the
Head of Mission (HoM) and/or the Deputy HoM for Programs and the HQ Health
Advisor, you will identify key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and gaps
within Health department. You will supervise the content of Health training
and the quality of Health activities on the basis of identified needs.

   Logistics and Administration: You will ensure the
teams under your responsibility follow logistic and administrative procedures and keep the logistic and administrative departments informed of
any relevant developments.

   Security: You will contribute to the compliance with security
rules on the mission and share all information related to security with your line manager and/or to the mission's security manager. You will contribute when necessary to the choice of referral options for the health care of the
mission's expatriates.

What you will need to succeed 


  
Training 

You hold a Medical diploma or a Paramedic training, and completed a Medical Internship. If you got a Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Public Health or Project management, it would be an asset.

  
Experience 

You are strengthened by minimum 3 years of experience in the field with international NGOs in medical project coordination. A previous experience as Medical Coordinator or in an equivalent position would be appreciated. You already worked with Première Urgence Internationale? It would be a definite asset!

  
Skills 

You master humanitarian project management and team management, you have a detailed knowledge of donors prerequisites. You also have excellent writing skills.

  
Qualities 

You are a good communicator, both in writing and orally. You demonstrate good team spirit, the ability to make decisions, trustworthiness and a sense of responsibility, organisational skills, reactivity, ability to be thorough and to adapt. You have a strong ability to resist stress and particularly in unstable circumstances.

  
Languages 

English has no secrets for you! All the better, it is mandatory for this position. If you speak Arabic, Spanish, and/or French, it would be a definite asset.

          Status : Cadre with a Fixed-Term Contract 

     
Monthly Gross Income :  2 650,00 - 2 970,00 EUR depending on your experience in International Solidarity + 50€ per semester of seniority with PUI 

      Insurance including medical coverage and complementary healthcare, 24/24 assistance and repatriation 

      Housing in collective accomodation 

      Daily Living Expenses ("Per Diem") 

     
Break Policy : 5 working days at 3 and 9 months + break allowance

      Paid Leaves Policy : 5 weeks of paid leaves per year + return ticket every 6 months

Premiere Urgence Internationale (PUI) є некомерційною, неполітичною та нерелігійною гуманітарною неурядовою організацією. ПУІ розпочав гуманітарну інтервенцію в Україну в лютому 2015 року. Цілями місії є покращення або відновлення рівного доступу до первинної медичної допомоги для місцевого та переміщеного населення, яке постраждало внаслідок військового конфлікту, та покращення умов їхнього життя... шляхом покриття їхніх фундаментальних потреб.

Найм художньої групи (режисер та команда) для створення вебдокументального онлайн проєкту про роботу консорціуму «Дорійка».
ОПИС ПРОЄКТУ:
У рамках консорціуму п’ятьох французьких гуманітарних організацій, які працюють в Україні, ми розробляємо вебдокументальний проєкт українською/англійською мовами, який опублікуємо навесні 2023 року, регулярно доповнюючи його до кінця навчального року. 
Цей документальний проєкт – вебсайт з кількома сторінками: карта України з областями, де ми працюємо; якщо натиснути на певну область, з’явиться вікно, яке покаже відео, фото+текст (статті) та інші матеріали (можливо, звуки/ілюстрації, це під питанням). Ми шукаємо художньо-продюсерську компанію, яка зможе забезпечити розробку відео, зйомки та постпродукцію. Компанії також потрібно буде співпрацювати з командою вебдизайнерів, щоб підтримати розробку сайту для документальної частини та забезпечити гармонійний вигляд кінцевого продукту.
Компанію, яка створить вебсайт, наймуть окремо, вона працюватиме разом з художньою командою, яка координуватиме відео-аспект вебсайту з перспективи сценарію, зйомок та пост-продукції разом із консорціумом.
Сервісний контракт укладається з режисером/командою, що надає медіа-послуги, що дозволить їм працювати протягом заздалегідь визначених термінів.
Період роботи: лютий 2023 – липень 2023. 
На місяць припадає кілька днів зйомок та постпродукції, результати потрібно буде надсилати замовнику. Вебсайт створять навесні (кінець березня). На сайті – відео, фото, тексти, якими поступово доповнюватимуть проєкт.
Завдання режисера/медіа-команди :
1. Надати пропозиції сценарію для редагування документальних матеріалів із загальним фокусом на тему «рік війни в Україні та гуманітарна робота». Запропонувати зміст коротких відеоісторій на територіях проведення проєктів, щоб зберегти загальну гармонійну тематику. Очікуємо, що команда творчо поставиться до завдання. Обговорювати процес редагування з командою комунікацій консорціуму.
2. Знімати матеріали на територіях проведення проєкту – 10-15 відео або творчих матеріалів (авдіозвітів) тривалістю від 2 до 10 хвилин: 3-4 довгі відео (8-10 хвилин) / 3-5 відео тривалістю менше п’яти хвилин (3-5 хвилини) / 3-5 коротких відео (2-3 хвилини). Співвідношення кількості відео до тривалості може змінюватися. Кінцева кількість відео не змінюється – від 10 до 15.
3. Постпродукція цих відео (редагування) та субтитри українською/англійською. Переклад надає консорціум. Лого для відео надає консорціум.
4. Постпродукція різних матеріалів. Протягом постпродукції одного або більше відео потрібно систематично інтегрувати відео, надіслані іншими членами консорціуму, які не знімала дана медіа-команда. Внаслідок цього потрібно взяти до уваги різні рівні якості (звуку та зображення) залежно від ресурсів інших організацій. 
- Консорціум має право двічі повертати кожне відео для внесення змін.

5. Надавати відео протягом тривалості проєкту з розрахунком 2-3 відео на місяць до кінця проєкту.
-  Відео потрібно надсилати у форматі MP4, HD, що дозволить показувати їх на сайті. Їх можна буде опублікувати у соцмережах (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) у високій якості, а параметри відео можна буде налаштувати відповідно до потреб. 


6. Поважати художньо-технічні критерії:
- Відео можуть показувати команди, бенефіціарів, діяльність організацій. Існує свобода вираження, втім, необхідно поважати гуманітарні принципи і певні правила організації, які зазначає консорціум, щодо правового захисту осіб.
- Музика, яку використовують у відео, має бути без авторського права, щоб поділилитися матеріалами на YouTube чи інших платформах без блокування.
- Консорціум надає переклад відео для субтитрів, які додать команда постпродукції. Для цього потрібно надіслати відео заздалегідь, щоб консорціум записав скрипт відео та переклав його.
- Необхідно систематично надсилати відео без англійських субтитрів на додачу до версії з субтитрами. 


7. На вебсайті зазначать, які відео зняли режисер/медіа-команда.
Подорожі:
8. Творчій групі необхідно буде подорожувати на місця проведення проєктів, щоб знімати роботу команд. Це подорожі на південь та захід країни, наприклад, у Львів, Харків, Дніпро, Херсон, Одесу, Черкаси, Чернівці, Полтаву, Вінницю та частину Донецької області. Список міст може змінитися залежно від проєктів. Дорожні витрати, включно з поселенням, оплачує консорціум. Зйомки можути тривати від одного до трьох днів. Під час подорожей, команда має дотримуватися правил безпеки консорціуму.

Локація:  міста зазначені у проєкті.
Зацікавлені кандидати повинні надати:
- Надати деталі ціни для кожного відео – як зазначено у завданні 2 – уточнити, чи ціна відрізняється залежно від тривалості відео і, таким чином, надати деталі цін на різні послуги або ціну за день роботи. 
- Зазначати ціни згідно з кількістю відео, щоб знати, як саме команда працює (ціна за одне відео? За 5 відео? За десять?). 
- Надіслати кілька прикладів відео різної тривалості, зроблених за однаковий проміжок як частина одного котування.
