Job Summary


We are looking for a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry to oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of our pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.


Responsibilities


Manage and maintain the mechanical integrity of the plant, including equipment, machinery, and facilities.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of... the maintenance team, including technicians and engineers.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, including equipment failures and process disruptions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and procurement, to drive operational excellence.
Implement process improvements and optimize plant layouts to increase efficiency and productivity.
Manage budgets and costs associated with maintenance and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
Proven track record of managing and maintaining complex mechanical systems.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficient in CAD design and familiar with industry-standard software.

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and implement our HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of our organization.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues as they arise.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.

Requirements

A minimum qualification of a First Degree in Human Resource, Administration or Management and relevant work experience.
Professional Qualification is desired

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
