About the Role: 

We are looking for a Revenue Accountant to join our finance team. Partner with account management teams to ensure their clients reach their revenue targets... monthly. 

As the Revenue Accountant, you will have exposure to various stakeholders across the agency and WPP. You will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both financial and operational stakeholders. 

What You’ll Do: 

This is a key role within the agency. You will work closely with the Account Management teams and the Commercial Manager to ensure efficient management of Revenue recognition, WIP and Debtors across a large portfolio of clients. 


- Large volume invoicing, ensuring all invoices are raised in a timely & auditable manner. 

- WIP management; ensuring all jobs are reconciled & are in line with client contracts; ensuring all costs incurred are invoiced to clients promptly; ensuring revenue recognition is accurate & in line with company policies. 

- Ongoing monitoring of revenue and variance analysis to forecast. 

- Work closely with Account Management teams and promptly address any queries. 

- Gain and maintain knowledge of each applicable client contract. 

- Systems and process training for new starters and refresher courses for existing employees when required. 

- Understand and follow company policies & processes. 

- Identifying process improvements to your role and the greater finance team

- Champion test-and-learn, creative optimisation, and performance storytelling.

- Experience leading and inspiring global or multi-market teams.

- A portfolio of platform-level ideas and campaigns that moved culture and delivered results.

- Demonstrated mastery across integrated channels: film/content, digital/social, influencer, experiential, CRM/web, retail/e-commerce.

- Fluency in current trends, platforms, and emerging technologies.

- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and client leadership skills; comfortable with C-suite conversations and high-stakes decisions.

- Deep production experience from pre-pro through post; ability to protect the idea through execution.
