Our client is a large international company that is represented in Ukraine by a commercial office and production.
Position: Head of HR 
Main Responsibilities:
- Define the key directions for HR in all related areas like Comp&Ben, Recruitment, T&D, Labor relations, Employer brand, etc.
- Ensure implementation of global HR policies and guidelines locally on the plant, align them with... requirements of the local legislation
- Develop and control the budget for HR (payroll, recruitment, T&D, etc.)
- Coordinate and upgrade the performance management system.
- Encourage cooperation inside HR team both in Ukraine and cross-country in the European region.
- Take actions to strengthen the Company's employer brand, , develop initiatives of succession planning, professional training
- Plan and organize graduate recruitment and internship programs
- Ensure engagement and motivation of employees, adjust Comp&Ben policies to the changing market situation
- Control the labour legislation activities, ensure alignment to the local legislation and the global guidelines
- Act as business partner to Market Managers, Top Management Team & People Managers in all HR issues

Required background and experience:
- Higher Education, additional training/certification in HR would be a plus
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in an international production company (HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Head of the functional HR like T&D or Talent Management or HR Operations/Services).
- Strong understanding of HR processes in production is a must
- Deep expertise in modern HR practices and tools
- Self – driven with energy and optimism dealing with business challenges
- Can-do attitude, challenging status quo
- Ability to work autonomously and take commitment for the Company’s business results
- Proven people-management experience
- Good communication abilities, skills in building effective business relationships with people cross-function and cross-culture
- Ability to implement changes in the company in a consistent way
- Advanced English.
