In this role, you will:

Inbound Management:


Work closely with relevant stakeholder to ensure deliveries take place on time.
Tracking of shipments, arranging transportation, and updating relevant parties
Ensure documentation are in place before shipment is submitted to customs.  
Monitor status of all outstanding (GIT) orders and follow up as necessary.
Coordinate with KN agents/ Kenya Distributors for a smooth process of every import process.
Monitor and coordinate import processing for our internal customers as well as external.
Ensure all documentation meets imports compliance regulations.
Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports.
Weekly reporting to the relevant stakeholder report to ensure information remains current.
Provide timely and accurate information to incoming requests from internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehousing, etc to ensure the smooth handling of inbound orders.
Shows personal initiative, is flexible and pragmatic, and able to portray and promote a positive image of the company’s vision, mission, and values.
Works well within a team environment.

Supplying clearing instructions with Customs tariffed invoice to forwarders.
Checking documentation against purchase orders, i.e., pricing, part numbers, etc. TH according to the TH library.
Following up with suppliers regarding back-orders and shortages




File management (Filing)


Attend to any queries from parties involved in effecting the freight movement
Explain to the internal stakeholders, benefits, and implications of the various INCOTERMS
Monitor documentation flow through internal departments; carriers; port authorities.
Customs and depots and take appropriate action to ensure that all document requirements, deadlines, and priority specifications are adhered to.


Cost Control:


Raising of service PO for additional cost if applicable.
Getting quotes from forwarders and checking pricing on forwarders' invoices
Monitoring freight percentages on all shipments
Checking invoices against purchase orders and processing costings on SAP
Making sure that all cost is in accordance with what has been quoted for clients.


Independence:


Carries out work activities independently, with a clear understanding of the desired direction and priorities based on the organization's vision and strategy.
Maintains good internal communications and contact with local and international colleagues.
Ensure effective communication and information flow within the following stakeholder in the business. (Supply chain /Marketing/Finance/Warehouse/Clearing Agent/Suppliers/Planning/Procurement

Required Competencies Specific Knowledge, Skills & Tools:


Knowledge of Customs and Excise requirements for movement of goods.
Good analytical skill sets.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with ability to assist with problem solving and delivering on expectations.
Customer service oriented, must be able to handle a demanding customer environment good verbal and written English communication skills Work accurately, and high attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with at least intermediate Excel skills
Confident communicator capable of dealing with staff at all levels Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to multitask and prioritise Good interpersonal skills.


Qualifications:


Certification in Customs Clearing & Forwarding. Logistics Diploma will be an advantage. At least intermediate excel level.
Working experience of 4 – 5 years in Operations through Import activities for Medium / Large business.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Sound knowledge of shipping documents & procedures required. more

In this role, you will be accountable for the effective management of the Sales Operations function to achieve customer, brand and category targets across the point of purchase.
Effectively manage our third-party field sales teams & develop and maintain effective relationships with key customers operations structures and stakeholders.
Develop & lead national field strategy, setting KPI’s, in-store standards & procedures to assist with tactical planning, delivering sales & profit objectives.
Coordinate and prepare activity for field cycle, CBM & GTM meetings.
Ensure timely execution of key customer activities and analyse results against objectives, including speed to market of NPD and key national activities.
Provide leadership to dedicated KC Field Operations team (third party) to ensure retail execution by field teams delivers customer and category priorities.
Control selling expenses for third party and POS storage in line with agreed contracts/budgets. With procurement, participate in negotiation of third-party agreements.
Management of returns procedures and trending of customer credits.
Development and management of field sales team incentives that drive KC objectives.
Route to market across all channels & management of execution partners with a heightened focus in TT
Drive service levels with incremental improvements by working closely with the CS&L team. more

About You
As the Financial Analyst, you will join Ukraine and Central Europe Finance Team. You will be leading Total Delivered Cost planning and analytics through close partnering with mills and warehouses. 
In a role newly opened in UA&CE organization, you will report to the Finance Lead Ukraine & Central Europe and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).
Location: we can offer a hybrid model (on remote / Kyiv Office) for candidates already based in Ukraine. And we can offer totally remote model for the period of martial law.
YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Playing a lead role in total delivered cost planning and analysis for Ukraine and Central Europe in close collaboration with European mills/plants, including annual budgeting and quarterly business planning processes.
- Facilitating cost transformation agenda for the region.
- Partnering with the business teams to provide in-depth evaluation of relevant projects – product innovations, sourcing changes, etc.
- Leading complex data analysis, synthesis, visualization through Excel/Power BI tools.
- Partnering with commercial teams to provide latest estimation of total delivered cost performance on weekly and monthly basis
- Proactively analyzing business plans to highlight opportunities and risks as well as support development of mitigation plans.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Previous experience in Finance Analysis (cost, manufacturing, production, business), preferably gained in a FMCG, manufacturing or consulting environment.
- Knowledge of financial theory and practice, including business modelling, analysis, and business implications.
- Proficient systems skills in both Excel and SAP/R3; Knowledge of Anaplan / Power BI will be a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse organizations and cultures, strong communication skills with ability to challenge and influence at all levels
- Upper-intermediate English language.

Job Description


Complies with all safety rules, procedures and works instructions applicable to area of responsibility.


Maintains a high standard of housekeeping and hygiene in the entire Central Systems area, waste canopy and waste bin area and follow 5S Housekeeping principles.


Checks that consumables that enter his/her sector correspond with the requirements of the product being... disposed.


Ensure efficient operations of the Diaper Cull, Trim Balers and the Briquetter


Ensure Balers are set at agreed setting and ensure basic maintenance tasks and check sheets are done.


Ensure all bales conform to agreed standards of compression and bales are of good quality


Manually load all other diaper waste into the Baler.


Operate stretch wrap machine and ensure all bales are properly wrapped.


Remove all bales to designated storage area by means of clamp truck.


Knows and actively participate in all work and repairs which are carried out in his/her sector by the support teams


Reports and informs team leader of the maintenance and improvement required of his sector.


During shift changes, communicates to the incoming operator all new occurrences, repairs, process changes and materials issues.


Informs team leader when waste bins require emptying. more
