Job Summary 
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Multimedia Designer to produce high-volume static, motion, and video content that supports marketing, social media, and campaign initiatives. This role requires consistent creative output, adaptability to changing workloads, and the ability to develop performance-driven visual assets for both paid... advertising and organic channels. The ideal candidate has strong graphic design and video editing experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and consistently executes campaigns and content at scale. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
- Design visual content for social media, email campaigns, web banners, presentations, and print materials. 


- Edit and produce videos for marketing, internal communications, and paid advertising. 


- Deliver high-volume monthly content across static, motion, and video formats. 


- Produce creative variations for testing and optimization, including ad variants. 


- Create assets for both paid acquisition campaigns and organic social content. 


- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign-aligned visual concepts. 


- Maintain an organized digital asset library for design and video files. 


- Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines and visual standards. 


- Develop reusable templates and design systems for recurring content needs. 


- Stay up-to-date with design trends, platform best practices, and performance-driven creative techniques. 


- Manage multiple projects and timelines, providing proactive updates. 


- Support additional creative tasks such as basic animation, image optimization, light copy adjustments, and content scheduling. 




Requirements
Job Requirements 
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably gained in a marketing or agency environment. 


- Added capability in motion graphics or animation, along with basic knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, Squarespace). 


- Ability to deliver high-volume creative output across static, motion, and video formats. 


- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools. 


- Experience producing creatives for paid ads and organic social content, including testing-based variations. 


- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to meet fast-paced campaign deadlines. 


- Strong communication and collaboration skills. 


- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to support shifting workloads with flexible creative capabilities. 


- Familiarity with digital marketing best practices, content formats, and platform-specific creative guidelines. 


- Understanding of content strategy, marketing funnels, and performance-focused creative principles.
