This role as a Senior Reservations Assistant is pivotal in providing comprehensive information, advice, and booking... services to suppliers, clients, agents, and individuals interested in traveling with the company.
The Senior Reservations Assistant will utilise external booking systems, Travel Studio, and other internal systems to manage the booking and confirmation of all accommodations, transportation, and necessary activities for regional trips. This includes coordinating both Intrepid Travel products and external group series and FIT trips as scheduled.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

Diploma in Tourism or related studies with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

The Position   
As a Mechanic with Intrepid, you will ensure the diagnosis of mechanical problems, and the repairing, and rebuilding of motor vehicles and equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical problems (sometimes from a remote location) and have the capacity to make decisions independently. You will keep our equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles, completing... preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation, and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters 
Some of the everyday responsibilities also include maintaining vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage. This is a full-time permanent position reporting to our Fleet and Maintenance Manager, based in our office in Nairobi 
Some of the skills you’ll bring with you are: 

Auto mechanic qualification and experience with emphasis on heavy commercial vehicles 
Heavy commercial driving license is required. Passenger Service Vehicle license preferred
Motor vehicle welding will be an added advantage

The Position
Our Contracting team ensures competitive prices, by establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to secure the most advantageous contract terms.  The team also builds a stock of suitable product options to enable our business to create itineraries based on customer needs. With the guidance, tools, and materials provided by the Intrepid Global team, you will provide leadership to the team and be responsible for the implementation of procurement and pricing practices within the Intrepid East Africa.  You will ensure Global policies, processes and training are rolled out to deliver the best price and product, and all data and information required by sales and for costings will be accurately maintained within Travel Studio by the team.
 An important part of this role will be to gather feedback and information on our sustainable, experience-rich travel experiences from the locals and source an adequate supply of products for use in customer inquiry and itineraries. The Position
Under the supervision of the Workshop Manager, the Workshop Stores Coordinator performs supervisory and technical duties in the implementation and management of fleet operations in the Intrepid East Africa workshop. Together with a team of other technicians ensure the fleet is technically and operationally maintained to the required standards. You will be responsible for maintaining... the Fleet Management System, vehicle documentation and workshop equipment records. Key to this role is ensuring the fleet maintenance is to budget with minimal breakdowns.
