The Project Coordinator will play a key role in the PRISM project, leading comprehensive Project activities

Sensitization of district and local stakeholders
Leadership and coordination of health facility Projects and cross-sectional surveys
Planning and budgeting for field activities
Participation in the development of protocols, SOPs, and data collection tools
Conducting data quality... assessments, mentorship, and CMEs at health facilities
Ensuring proper administration of informed consent, and proper collection and management of data and samples from study sites.
Prepare and distribute study updates and reports
Lead study team meetings
Participate in data analysis, manuscript preparation, and dissemination of study findings in collaboration with the data management team and the investigators.

Provide guidance and direction to site staff as per the set People and Culture policy
Talent Acquisition: Attract and hire top talent that aligns with the organizational values and goals.
Provide orientation to all new staff
Staff contract management
Employee Development: Support the professional growth and development of employees through training and coaching
Policy Implementation: Develop and implement P&C policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a positive work environment.
Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances to maintain a harmonious workplace culture.
Cultural Champion: Foster a diverse, inclusive, and engaging work culture where every employee feels valued and respected
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies to mitigate risks and maintain legal compliance
Record Keeping: File staff documents and other People and Culture documents as required
Audit Management: Manage site audit inquiries
Ensure site staff have identity cards, medical insurance cards and are covered for WC&GPA
Ensure that all staff submit their Timesheets by the 30th of every month
Attend general staff meetings and report all action items to the People and Culture Manager
Work on the site payroll changes
Submit weekly targets and outputs
Any other duty assigned by your supervisor. In addition, the responsibilities may be revised to suit the changing needs of the Project. If and when this is necessary, you will always be informed.
