Join Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as a Revenue Cycle Customer Service Associate!
Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our compassionate and mission-driven team. We’re seeking a patient-focused Revenue Cycle Customer Service Associate to support our centers across 17 states by resolving post-treatment billing inquiries and ensuring a smooth financial experience for our patients. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Your Role:
- Respond to up to 60 patient inquiries daily via phone, email, and portal with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex billing issues, including insurance denials, payment options, and account updates.
- Collect payments and guide patients through financial responsibilities such as co-pays and deductibles.
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with HIPAA.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.



Minimum Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years of healthcare customer service experience related to billing.
- Prior Accounts Receivable (A/R) experience is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED, homeschool equivalency, or post-secondary education).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual.
