Inviting applications for the role of Vice President- Sales – Agentic AI 
In this role, you'll be a part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations across Agentic AI products like AP Suite and Insurance, among others, set to expand across service lines.  
The Agentic AI Sales Leader will lead a dynamic team driving growth of digital solutions in a prioritized portfolio of existing and new accounts, and will play a pivotal role in navigating and addressing the evolving challenges within industry verticals such as consumer goods, retail, high tech and manufacturing, banking and financial services. This role will support Genpact’s sales and transformation services community by leveraging strategic vision and leadership skills. 
The digital sales team has recently achieved significant growth, securing new logos and expanding the digital footprint with existing clients. In this role, you will identify, shape, and close revenue-generating opportunities in both new and existing accounts. You will build on carefully curated, repeatable offerings and solutions to drive change across specific vertical industries. Your ability to combine leading-edge digital solutions with deep domain expertise will foster innovation and thought leadership. 
  
  
Responsibilities 
Sales Strategy Development: Drive sales strategy & pipeline for Agentic AI. 


Strategic Leadership: Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Insurance sector, with the ability to drive business solutions in multiple areas related to insurance like underwriting, claims, etc.  


Client Acquisition: Hunting target potential clients through various channels, including networking and social media, to expand Genpact’s market presence.  


Client Rotation- Farming the existing accounts for new opportunities and enable rotation of existing engagements to Agentic. 


Innovation and Thought Leadership: Proactively create, identify, and develop opportunities for our proprietary Agentic software as a service (SaaS) solution in the Insurance domain. 


Technology Expertise: Demonstrate understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies such as gen AI, Agentic, machine learning, large language models, and more. 


Internal Collaboration: Provide domain and digital solution expertise to internal teams. Participate in requests for information (RFI), requests for proposal (RFP), proactive bids, customer-facing envisioning sessions/demonstrations, assessments, and workshops. Collaborate with Product, Implementation & Segment Teams to share client forecasting and requirements of solutions 


Commercial Acumen: Own delivery estimations, solutioning, and pricing for proposed client solutions. Collaborate closely with Genpact’s legal team and clients in creating and reviewing commercial agreements, licenses/SaaS agreements, statements of work (SOW), change requests, and so on. 


Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with Genpact sales, solutions teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), partner account teams (such as Microsoft), and other consulting leaders within Genpact to establish and grow client relationships, innovate with clients, and secure deals. 


Stakeholder Management: Build CXO level relationships while also coaching and managing the Agentic sales team. 


  
Qualifications we seek in you! 
Minimum Qualifications / Skills 
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of Insurance domain in multiple industries like CPG, Hi Tech & Manufacturing 


Sales Skills: Strong abilities in prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals 


Proven Experience and success in driving SaaS product sales. 


Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively convey complex information and build relationships with clients. 


Customer-Centric Approach: Focus on understanding and addressing the specific needs and pain points of customers. 


Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for identifying customer problems and proposing tailored solutions. 


Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs and market changes. 


Persistence and Resilience: Determination to pursue leads and handle rejection positively. 


Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 


Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 
Deep expertise in one or more specific industry verticals such as Manufacturing, High Tech Software, Hardware, Hospitality, Services, Logistics, Media, Telco, and/or Entertainment. 


Good cultural fit – role model in (CI)2 i.e., curious, incisive, and courageous, on a bedrock of integrity. 


Good “roll up the sleeves” collaboration attitude to work across Genpact, client teams and Genpact’s SaaS partners to bring the greatest possible impact through new ways of working. 


Technical understanding of SaaS architecture, integrations, and domain expertise 


Ability to engage, and work with C level executives on the client side.

  The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
