Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to ensure the IT and Internet needs of all staff are efficiently met.
The IT/Data Analyst Officer also supports for basic administration management, such as procurement and purchases of IT related items.

Major Responsibilities

Conception, preparation and implementation of the office IT set-up.
Ensure all users have access to all relevant licensed software, including antivirus, office, GIS software.
Assess the security threat to EFL systems and ensure it is appropriately mitigated.
Ensure that emails and key electronic files are backed up once a month.
Ensure EFL Internet maximum performance
Organise, schedule upgrade and maintenance of all office laptop, phones and equipment’s
Assist in developing policy (dos and don’ts) of office device usage including phones, laptops and printers.
Perform routine PC/laptop maintenance and update for performance efficiency.
Initiate process improvements to better answer user demand.
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipments.
Maintain records/logs of repairs, fixes and maintenance schedule
Identify computer or network equipment shortages and notify the logistics and procurement officer.
Provide professional support in all IT/Data Analyst related Task.
Preparing reports using different data analysis medium.
Creating dashboard on reports.
Collation of data from various source. more

Responsible for secondary sales.
Responsible for driving visibility, availability and penetration in the open market and retail stores.

Requirements

SSCE / NCE, National Diploma with a minimum of 1 year work experience in sales.
Must be living in Ajah, Badore, Ado, Ikota, Jakande, Ikate and Oniru
Not older than 35 years
Quality sales experience is an added... advantage
