This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Consultant at Dial Afrika. The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, consulting with clients, effective communication, and business planning on a day-to-day basis.


Job Description:


Strategic Sales Development: Identify target markets, develop sales strategies, and... establish plans for growth within new and existing markets.

Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for Dial Afrika, representing the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences.


Requirements/ Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in business development or consulting roles within a B2B setting, ideally in technology or BPO industries.
Proven track record in sales growth and market expansion.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing market conditions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities:
 

Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including setting up their account, customizing Bonga to fit their business needs, and training them on how to use the platform.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and answering questions to ensure their success using Bonga.
Troubleshoot issues that arise, working with clients to identify and resolve any technical issues or bugs.
Work with the product team to provide feedback from clients and suggest new features or improvements to Bonga.
Create SLAs and Ensure client satisfaction within set SLAs

Requirements:
