Адміністрування замовлень на веб-сайті: комплектація замовлень, операції на касі, підготовка документації для відвантаження
Взаємодія з кур’єрськими компаніями та складом
Контроль фінансового документообігу
Робота з поверненнями, обмінами 
Комунікація з клієнтами, робота зі складними замовленнями
Контроль якості відвантажень

WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for a teammate with:
- At least 5 years of experience in reporting and different fields of financial management (tax, internal audit, etc.);
Team spirit, ability to generate positive energy in the team;

Focus on the “why” and not on the “how”. You are not afraid of giving your confidence;

Love of innovation, and readiness to create new systems, new organizations, and new strategies in line with our vision;

A background in retail is a plus;

Openness to transformation projects, and agile in driving change;

Resilience in the face of a developing and changing environment, complex, and sometimes complicated;

Upper-Intermediate English is a must;

Passion about sport and people in sport.



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of monthly financial statements (BS, CF, PL and respective disclosures) based on IFRS and local standards;

Preparation of monthly analytical review for Management;

Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies tomaintain and strengthen internal controls;

Performing specific audits, investigations and ad-hoc engagements to provide Management with an independent and objective assessment of internal controls effectiveness;

Managing the accuracy of accounting data (accounts payables and receivables, cash, payroll, inventory and fixed asset etc.);

Tax management and reporting;

Supporting TP reporting according to the Group best practice;

Maintaining and securing the right level of quality of accounting according to IFRS16;

Developing and enforcing internal controls to maximize protection ofcompany assets, policies, procedures and workflow;

Supporting auditors during finanсial statements audit.
