What You'll Do

The Workplace Resources Organization (WPR) is seeking a workplace change manager to join our Global Workplace Experience (GWE) Team, with a focus on EMEA and APJC regions. Over the past two years our Workplace Strategy has shifted to focus on Workplace Transformation and an experienced workplace change manager is required to help deliver our change strategy for both workplace -... and capital projects and manage the complexity of the change with our stakeholders.

Workplace Change Planning: Create and or review detailed project plans outlining the steps, resources, and timelines required to implement changes effectively. This includes identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure success of the projects.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, employees, managers, and executives, to communicate the need for change, address concerns, and obtain buy-in for proposed changes.
Workplace Change Implementation: work with project delivery teams to implement workplace change initiatives, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and within the defined timelines. This involves coordinating with different departments and teams to ensure smooth execution.
Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to help employees understand and adapt to the workplace changes. Provide ongoing support and guidance to individuals and teams affected by the changes.
Workplace Change Assessment: Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of the implemented changes, gathering feedback from stakeholders and analyse data to assess the impact on the organization. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for further enhancements.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of workplace change management processes, including change requests, progress reports, and lessons learned. Input into regular reports for senior management to help track the progress and outcomes of change initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in workplace organizational change. Continuously find opportunities to improve change management processes and recommend innovative strategies to drive successful change initiatives.

Who You Are

You will have experience managing change for projects, ideally managing workplace change specifically, and hands on knowledge of the tools and techniques.
Bachelors Degree in related field or a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in change management, with workplace experience a bonus.

As Cybersecurity Sales Specialist (CSS) you will be responsible for developing and executing Security opportunities in East Africa, working closely with our sales teams across customer segments.

In this job you will

Identify new sales opportunities within existing Cisco clients, work with the Account Teams to qualify opportunities, and priorities activities.
Work with the Cisco field sales team to develop a sales plan for the assigned territory.
Leverage and nurture the Cisco partner base, work with the Partner sales teams to win new business deals.
Control the sales process and drive leads to closure - generate new revenues, bring new customers.
Drive sales campaigns into target prospect base, working with Cisco field sales and Partner sales teams.
Develop deep understanding of Security product capabilities and value proposition, be able to present that in a highly effective manner.
Forecast revenue and products, report your sales activities to management.
Attend industry forums, tradeshows and events as required.

Who You Are

You should be passionate about sales and security.
You should come with deep knowledge of Cybersecurity market in East Africa
You must be able to demonstrate ability to sell in a consultative style, show understanding of customer requirements, discuss solutions, and sell CISCO Security value proposition.
You should be effective in recognizing and generating opportunities, delivering technical presentations, as well as closing deals.
Experience with security solutions (Next Gen Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Email security, Web security, VPN) and an understanding of the threat landscape is highly desired.
Established network of contacts and successful track record in Security sales in East Africa is a huge plus.
A business diploma/degree is preferred although experience is also valued highly.

As IoT Technical Solutions Specialist (TSS) for Middle East and Africa (MEA), you will be the technical lead for Industrial IoT in Cisco Sales activities. Your focus will be crafting customer solutions using our Industrial Networking and Security portfolio.

Solution led selling based on Industrial CVD
Deliver demo’s, PoC and PoV directly to customers or working with partners and/or CX
Builds strong competitive technical expertise to support RFP’s for differentiation
Continuous self-educationfor technical/vertical excellence
Think differently about common industry problems, and build creative solutions designed to shift an entire industry in a new direction.
