Collaborates with the Business Analyst to develop operational/technical/support documentation for end users where applicable 
Ensures that the application is ready for the User Acceptance Test (UAT) as per the test plan developed by the Business Analysts. 
Participate in the UAT for the application developed. 
Ensure that all software defects reported during the UAT are corrected before Go-Live. 
Carry out routine maintenance to applications as the need arises on the development environment only and make patches available for production as may be required. 
Submit the administrative username and password of all applications systems developed to the Team Lead, Strategic Control unit. This should include database access usernames and passwords. 
Constantly update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications. 
Plan, prioritize and manage workloads and project schedules. 
Perform Other duties / Special Projects as assigned. 

Requirements

Degree in Information Technology or related course 
5+ years of software development and design experience 
Experience in Python development 
Strong skills on Django framework

Required Skills/Experience

Experience in a scrum master role
BSC or Master's degree in a related technical fields or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of industry experience in a SaaS and Cloud service environment (AWS and Azure preferred), mission-critical solution delivery, digital transformation and solution modernization efforts.
4+ years' experience leading a team in solution delivery projects involving Microsoft Technologies (such as .net, SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform and Power Apps)
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SaFe, LeSS etc.)

Information Security Management

Participate in planning business objectives.
Coordinate the security risk program to set appropriate success metrics and consistently drive risk remediation across the region of responsibility.
Identify, define, gather, and report cybersecurity risk metrics that are important to business leaders in collaboration with technical employees... and other key stakeholders.
Drive all risk program reporting for information security at all levels including executive levels.

Conducting and follow-up of hardening, vulnerability scanning and penetration testing for bank region-wide IT infrastructure.

Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Engineering or a similar area of study
Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CEH, CISA, CISM, etc.) will be advantageous.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a business or technology environment.
Project management experience will be advantageous.
In-depth understanding of information security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc. will be advantageous.
