Ми шукаємо в свою команду співробітників, які володіють італійською мовою (С1) для підтримки клієнтів.
Умови:
- робота віддалено з дому
- з/п від 500 $ місяць
- плаваючий графік: 5 днів на тиждень, 9 годин/добу, 1 годинна перерва, 2 вихідних дня
-... письмова підтримка клієнтів: співробітник відповідає на ВХІДНІ письмові запитання або переводить їх для інших відділів компанії
- підтримка клієнтів по телефону: співробітник приймає вхідні дзвінки від клієнта
- НЕМАЄ холодних дзвінків і пошуку клієнтів

Загальні вимоги до кандидатів:
- готовність виконувати план по відпрацюванню вхідних повідомлень
- рівень італійської мови С1
- досвід роботи з використанням англійської мови вітається (але не обов’язковий)

Вимоги для віддаленої роботи:
- Швидкість інтернету від 50 МБ/с (провідний)

Обов’язки:
- Відповідати на питання клієнтів по чату, поштою або телефоном (послідовно);
- Надавати інформацію щодо товарів, цінам, умовам роботи і акціям компанії;
- Допомагати клієнту в оформленні замовлення;
- Працювати із запитом клієнта (орієнтувати у період поставки та інше);
- Робота з утримання клієнта: пропозиція заміни, альтернативи, відсутніх товарів, пропозиція супутніх товарів, допомога в розміщенні замовлення і вибір найкращого способу оплати;
- Реагувати на відгуки клієнтів, щоб клієнт залишався лояльним у момент, коли діалог закінчився;
- Своєчасне ознайомлення з інформацією про проект з метою збереження всіх змін;
- Відсутність холодних викликів або відстеження клієнтів.

Requirements:
- Higher economic or IT education;
- Proficiency in English at level B2 “Upper intermediate” / C1 “Advanced”;
- Experience in business analysis (methods and techniques of business analysis to identify and formalize data requirements);
- Experience in creating a business glossary;
- Experience in metadata management;
- Skills in the development of technical documentation;
- Basic skills in SQL, Power BI (understanding of database theory will be an advantage)
- Knowledge of Confluence, Jira
