Responsibilities:


- Prepare month-end reconciliation of bad debt reserves-- including profit retractions, refunds, invoice adjustments, payment plan reviews, and final notice

- Analyze client records and market data

- Carefully analyze financial data to produce clear and objective reports

- Prepare and report the status of efforts related to key departmental metrics to upper management

- Research analysis of both industry and customer market data

- Produce monthly financial and management reports

- Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries

- Develop and enhance current best practices

- Utilize professional communication to consult agents and customers



 

Requirements:


- Relevant bachelor's degree

- Hands-on experience with accounting software

- Ability to use judgment in determining account clearance and challenges

- Working proficiency in Excel, at a minimum of an intermediate level

- Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports

- Problem-solving attitude

- Availability to be in office every Thursday



 

Ideal candidates will possess:


- Between 4-6 years of relevant experience

- Experience with a third-party logistics brokerage firm

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- A positive attitude and hunger for professional growth!
