Responsibilities:


- Writing, building, deploying, and maintaining diverse software applications

- Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process

- Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs



Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

- At least 2 years of Java, C#, or Python

- Ability to work in a modern software development office 3+ days a week with growth to 5 days a week in office when required

- Experience with the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality, scalable, and secure software applications using Java and modern frameworks such as Spring Boot or Quarkus

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features

- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance

- Ability to write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code

- Experience in the development of unit, integration, and system tests to ensure software quality.

- Experiencing in the development of microservices and RESTful APIs

- Knowledge of how to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews

- Active Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance



Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience with a modern cloud provider such as AWS or Azure as well as understanding of standalone Kubernetes deployments

- Experience with modern front-end development using React or Angular as well as a corollary understanding of JavaScript or Typescript

- Experience with Source Control tools (e.g. Git, Gitlab)

- Experience with DevSecOps and Agile Scrum software development methodology including using tools like Git, Jira and Confluence



Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will be a key contributor responsible for developing and monitoring functional budgets, analyzing indirect rate variances, supporting forward pricing proposal and incurred cost submissions as well as quarterly updates, and assisting management in timely responses for external reporting.  Working in a fast-paced environment, this... role will provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support departmental and cross-functional business needs.  This opportunity will afford the successful candidate the ability to influence, grow and evolve within a dynamic environment  

Responsibilities: 


- Coordinates inputs from departmental and indirect function leads, partnering with them through the entire budgetary / planning / execution process and includes their buy-in of the numbers, resulting in the development of annual budgets and forecasts

- Develops financial models for forecasting, trending, and results analyses

- Oversees monthly analysis of rate performance, including expense and base information on a year to date, full year, and year over year basis

- Provides variance reporting and analysis to senior management

- Possesses a solid understanding of SAP Business Intelligence reporting and Excel

- Works with finance staff to identify and correct issues; recommends improvements to current forecasting / budgeting processes

- Develops, analyzes, and maintains metric reporting for various operations

Education Requirements:

- ERP experience required; SAP preferred

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Facility Security Officer (FSO) Lead for the ARKA Group's Radar and Sensor Technologies (RST) to manage the Security program and manage our facility in Chantilly, VA. This position will report to the RST Security Manager and will work in unison with all the Security & Facilities personnel across ARKA. As the Chantilly FSO you will be ultimately responsible for the continued compliance of the Chantilly facility IAW laws, regulations and requirements that apply as well as the facility operations of the site. Most importantly, the Chantilly FSO is responsible for safety and Security of the Chantilly facility and staff. Our Customers and RST staff depend on safe and secure facilities for our National Security impacting programs to work in. As the Chantilly FSO, you will have daily interaction with all levels of leadership. The Chantilly FSO has to be a strong and flexible leader that is able to solve problems while collaborating with all RST departments and ARKA resources in order to operate in optimal capacity.

Responsibilities:


- Leads the overall Security program for the Chantilly facility

- Facility management 

- Oversees the RST Personnel Security program

- Facilitates RST with compliance-based solutions that keep the BU effective and compliant

- Spearheads collaboration for Chantilly facility with sites to ensure Security & Facilities is tracking

- Manages the compliance and operational ability of all classified areas of the Chantilly site

- Directs the Security & Education program for Chantilly personnel

- Reporting actual or potential Insider Threat situations to the ARKA ITPSO

- Ensures continued security compliance IAW all applicable local, State and Federal laws, regulations, contractual obligations, Customer requirements, and company policies



 


- Required Qualifications:




- 3+ years of Industrial Security experience

- CDSE FSO of Processing Facilities certification

- Industrial Security database management (Scattered Castles, DISS, NISS, ect.)

- Experience in the following areas: National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Department of Defense Special Access Programs (DoD SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs

- Independent self-starter, proactive and professional

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

- Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills

- Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for projects in collaboration with customers, Information Technology (IT) and other functional support departments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong presentation skills with an ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership

- Minimum of current TS/SCI clearance with in-scope background investigation

- Required to obtain/maintain various accesses and US security clearances



Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience in ICD 704/705

- Prior experience managing Security Professionals

- Prior experience with Special Access Programs (SAP) processes and policies preferred

- MS/MA Degree within relevant fields such as Business, Management, or Information Systems
