Overall Purpose of the Job

The role holder will develop and execute strategies to optimise customer acquisition and retention by identifying profitable business opportunities, secure sound business deals as part of business development associates. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Ensure profitable business growth objectives are met with each assigned Partner through new business and retention of existing business.
Drive business specific account management strategies to unlock potential for all product lines 
Collaborate with broker and underwriter partners to identify and grow opportunities within their portfolios 
Develop training calendars for Partners on value proposition,  process and oversee implementation of partner training programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners to extend Antara’s reach 
Communicate Partners expectations and provide insights back to business to deliver competitively on value or process.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture across all departments /stakeholders
Advise on creation of sales & marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content for purposes of achieving clarity in value prop offerings with partners
Participate in value prop development, refinement and delivery for right fit of products to the partners
Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, strategic partnerships and management activities for visibility on partners performance against targets 
Working with key partners, effectively ensure the adherence to key performance areas, deadlines and goals in order to optimise operational effectiveness and sales opportunities
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly , quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of proven success in medical insurance sales and administration of large portfolios .
In-depth understanding of the medical insurance industry working with Brokers, Underwriters and Funded schemes administrators will be an added advantage 
Ability to manage and navigate through complex negotiations, balancing the needs of  underwriters, brokers and employers to secure optimal outcomes more

About the Role
Antara Health seeks a Graphic Design Intern who is passionate about creating the future of healthcare to join our unique team. As an intern, you will play a support role in creating visually compelling and user-centric design and collateral to support our brand, products, and marketing efforts. The Graphic Design Intern will join the communications department and be expected to... work under Antara’s graphic design and digital communications specialists and managers.  
Primary duties and responsibilities

Provide graphic design support for collateral creation with a primary focus on supporting Antara's Customer Operation and Sales Departments
Learn about Antara’s product, design style, culture, workflow, and key stakeholders
Design print, digital, and out-of-home advertising for the company aimed at multiple stakeholders
Share creative recommendations and create alternative designs as needed.
Support Comms Team by providing copies, cutting and pasting information on styles, collecting data from internal and/or external sources
Support the ideation and execution of creative ideas for visual communication
Support Comms team with basic copywriting, photo and video editing.
Create visual layouts for use on social media and online advertisements
Work within the Comms team in collaboration with other Antara Departments as needed, including Corporate Operations, Sales, Product Development & others to understand project scope and objectives
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
Maintain and follow Antara’s naming convention and organization of graphic files
Ensure the output is in compliance with Antara’s brand guidelines and design standards
Check preliminary and final artworks for errors and make necessary corrections
Researches design trends and gives suggestions and support.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required

Minimum 2 years experience as a Graphic Designer
Have a strong portfolio of sample projects

The Role:
The Nutritionist will be responsible for offering practical, sustainable and effective solutions to improving the dietary attitudes, knowledge and practices of Antara Health’s beneficiaries. The Nutritionist will do this through nutrition assessments, recommending and tracking nutrition interventions, through careful follow-up designed to engage and empower beneficiaries in the... effective management of their own health.
The Nutritionist will promote, maintain, and improve the health of Antara Health’s beneficiaries as they collaborate with the clinical team members . The Nutritionist will also be involved in innovating new digital products and systems in collaboration with Antara’s product and engineering team.
Nutritionist’s Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nutrition assessment and diagnosis to Antara Health’s beneficiaries.
Provide effective nutrition education and counselling to promote healthy behaviour change.
Offer evidence-based, practical and sustainable nutrition interventions to Antara Health’s beneficiaries.
Coordinate with the larger clinical team on the management of Antara Health’s beneficiaries.
Coordinate with our product and engineering team to innovate nutrition products and services for our members.
Maintain professional, caring, and continuous nutrition care and management for Antara Health’s beneficiaries.

Nutritionist’s Key Deliverables:

Identify and schedule initial and follow-up nutrition consultations for Antara Health’s beneficiaries.
Create personalized nutrition content for Antara Health’s beneficiaries such as meal plans, food diaries and dietary guidelines.
Give in-person or video demonstrations on healthy nutrition practices and other educational nutrition or physical activity material.

Nutritionist’s Requirements:

Diploma certificate/ Bachelor's degree in human nutrition and dietetics, food nutrition, or equivalent field of study.
Minimum 3 years experience working as a nutritionist.
Registered and licensed nutritionist/dietitian with the Kenya Nutritionists and Dieticians Institute (KNDI).
Ability to use nutrition analysis software and tools such as Nutrisurvey.
Possess up-to-date knowledge of scientific evidence-based nutrition practices.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Excellent analytical and logical thinking.
Superior written and oral fluency in Kiswahili and English required. Oral fluency in local languages is important.

Provide information & instruction to patients on how to provide urine, oral and blood specimens.
Proper labeling of specimens, completion of requisitions and all other needed information.
Prepare specimens and requisition forms,... including packaging of the specimens into biohazard bags for shipping.
Responsible for ensuring samples are shipped to lab in the appropriate amount of time and supporting records/manifests are maintained.
Ensure specimen disposal is carried out in accordance with management protocols of biohazards
Obtain billing information, including copies of patient insurance cards and demographic information.
Ensuring the accurate completion of requisitions forms and assisting with all missing information requests when needed.
Confirming reports are generated by laboratory for specimens processed and facilitating inquiries to laboratory.
Ensure that Antara’s guidelines and protocols for managing sample collection and management are current and strictly followed
Ensure that proper inventory management of lab supplies and any other items needed to execute the role is carried out regularly
Countercheck and verify patient information, insurance details and diagnostic test information is correct for each patient for whom testing is being carried out
Thorough knowledge of all processes and will act as liaison between clinic and laboratory
Accurately enter patient test data in Antara’s systems to ensure accurate documentation

Requirements
