Qualifications and Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, Crop Science, Farm Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience managing a commercial farm (crop, livestock, or mixed farming).
Proven knowledge of modern agricultural practices, machinery, irrigation systems, pest control, and crop/livestock rotation systems.
Strong... understanding of farm budgeting, record keeping, and cost control.
Experience in personnel management, including supervision of farm workers and contractors.
Ability to monitor and improve farm productivity and recommend appropriate agricultural interventions.
Familiarity with agronomic tools, GPS systems, and basic farm tech is an added advantage.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Must be willing to reside in or near Shagamu or work on-site daily.


Preferred Skills:


Knowledge of agricultural regulations and environmental compliance.
Experience with farm-to-market strategies or agro-processing.
Strong leadership qualities and decision-making ability under pressure. more
