Key Responsibilities:


Recover defaulted payments through field visits & client engagement
Investigate & resolve customer complaints in line with company policies
Detect fraudulent activities & report them
Negotiate payment arrangements & ensure follow-ups


What You Need:


Strong communication & negotiation skills
Experience in debt recovery is a plus
Ability to handle... difficult calls & field visits
Computer literacy & attention to detail more

What You’ll Be Doing:


Engage clients & negotiate debt repayment plans
Resolve customer inquiries & complaints
Meet daily & monthly debt recovery targets
Prepare and submit timely reports


Requirements:


Diploma in a relevant field with 1-2 years experience
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Aggressive, proactive, & emotionally intelligent
Computer literate & a... critical thinker more

Conduct market research & competitor analysis
Build & maintain a database of potential customers
Drive monthly KPIs for sales, disbursement & collections
Prepare & present weekly business performance reports

Diploma/Degree in Business-related field
2+ years experience in sales/marketing (microfinance experience is a plus)
Strong... customer relations & analytical skills
Computer literacy & integrity more

Key Responsibilities:


Achieve monthly KPIs in disbursement, collections, and customer growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Maintain a database of potential customers and prepare weekly reports.


Qualifications:


Business-related Diploma/Degree.
2+ years in sales/marketing; microfinance experience is a bonus.
