Description 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in catfish sales, specifically within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in this area and will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales... targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and revenue in the HORECA sector.
Identify and establish relationships with key customers, including hotels, restaurants, Bars, and other relevant businesses.
Manage existing client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotions.
Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on catfish or related products.
Proven experience in the HORECA sector is essential.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in seafood sales or a related industry.
Established a network of contacts within the HORECA sector.
