Job Description

Manage Departmental and SharePoint flows and database for company.
Raising PIDs on capex - logs all NR and/or snags done on the site on Affectli to generate PID for each log which will be used for onward closure during vendors confirmation & payment.
Sets up and manages the LMS application server by creating course, uploading & creating test platforms.
Picture evidence of NR... job done on site for before and after job is shared by CTL and collated on One Drive (SharePoint) and picture and updates task status SharePoint list
A good hands-on Microsoft O365/SharePoint
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites i.e., MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point.
Knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, SQL database, Power BI, Tableau and/or any other data analysis tool.
Minimum of a Higher National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Statistics, computer science, Economics or any data related field.
