Key Responsibilities


Deliver engaging and effective French lessons for both the Cambridge and Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) streams.
Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments
Monitor and evaluate student progress and maintain proper academic records.
Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment that supports individual student... growth.
Participate actively in co-curricular activities, language clubs, and school events.
Collaborate with other teachers and departments to support cross-curricular learning.
Maintain accurate student attendance and performance records.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience


DELF B2
Diploma in French Language from Alliance Française or equivalent internationally recognized certification.
Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Arts) with French as a teaching subject from a recognized university.
Proven teaching experience of at least 5 years, including work with both primary and high school learners.
Strong grasp of both the Cambridge International Curriculum (up to Year 12) and KNEC/CBC systems.
Proficiency in integrating technology in language teaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate learners through creativity and cultural immersion.

Responsibilities

Design Creation:


Develop creative designs for digital and print materials, including social media posts, brochures, advertisements, banners, presentations, and other marketing collateral.


Video Editing:


Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, events, and social media platforms.
Add animations, captions, transitions, and special effects... to enhance video content. 3.Website Design:
Design and update websites to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and aesthetic appeal. Tools: WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Figma, or Adobe XD.


Brand Consistency:


Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials.


Collaboration:


Work closely with the Brand team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate concepts into engaging visuals.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing design skills, video editing, and website creation. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva,
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
Basic proficiency in website design using WordPress.
