Reporting & Insights:


Submit weekly reports on guest feedback, wins, and team performance.


Qualifications:


5+ years in a supervisory role in a high-volume hospitality setting.
A degree or diploma in F&B or any other related course
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills-you love engaging with guests and teams!
Confident in service recovery, coaching, and driving sales.
Energetic, sales-driven, and committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities


Analyze and monitor production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to identify savings and improve... profitability.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and detailed cost reports to guide decision-making.

Qualifications:


A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA 4 and above.
Experience: 2-3yrs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in inventory and stock management.
Ability to interpret and analyze sales and production data.
Knowledge of market trends and pricing strategies.
Proficiency in using POS, ERP systems and reporting tools.
